Success! You're on the list.

Like you, I am a spirit hand-crafted by God. I am a mother of two beautiful spirits and married to my college sweetheart. I love reading books in the self-help genre and watching true-life stories, bloopers, and clean comedies. In addition, I enjoy making healthier versions of traditional foods, including my childhood favorites such as Snickers and Twix candy bars, butter pecan, black walnut ice cream, and others.

Everyone has a divine purpose to fulfill on earth. Our Creator placed gifts and talents inside of everyone. And it is through our experiences that our purpose is revealed. Greatness leaves trails for others to find their way through the dark valleys and to the transcending mountaintops. You have greatness within you. Nothing external defines us; we have already been defined, justified, and glorified through birth.

My experience with the misuse of my body does not define me, nor my experience with an absentee father, what my ancestors endured, or how others have treated me. Yet, within me, like you, is everything needed to transform experiences for our good.

I earned my BSN from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and an MSN (Nurse Educator) from the University of Missouri, Saint Louis. and have over 22 years of healthcare experience. My training as an Integrative Health Coach compliments my training and perspective I have on life.

“We must address the wholeness of a person—mind, body, and spirit to facilitate healing and their divine work.” Timika Chambers

Nursing played a pivotal role along my healing journey and gave me many tools to help heal from the inside out and break the cycle of pain, by creating a generational cycle of love.

For the past year, I’ve been helping candidates for the NCLEX-RN achieve their goals of becoming Registered Nurses. I pass down the success practices that helped me excel in school (Honor’s Roll, Beta Club, the Dean’s List, lifetime member Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, past Sigma Theta Tau member, scoring 75 on my NCLEX exam, Keynote Speaker for Fortis College of Nursing, and others) to help future nurses.

May you remember that you are greater than the events in your life.

Make this lifetime great because you still can!

Elongated Bio:

Out of a desperate need to understand why people hurt others, around ten years old, I followed my mother’s instructions and sought God for myself.  Many events followed after my plea to nature for help, including obtaining and reading the entire New King James Bible, storing the Lord’s prayer in my heart, and identifying with Jesus.  Throughout my personal & professional life as a BSN and MSN-prepared nurse, I observed how emotional wounds often lay at the root of many physical ailments and unhealthy adult behaviors.  I spent years learning about the generational cycle of pain and longed to help others heal their wounds from the inside out.  In 2011, before the birth of my first child, I wondered what principles I would teach him.  That fall day, I wrote ten principles I learned from my mother and decided to share them with the world.  I self-published in 2013 with Balboa Press.  Currently,  My Mother’s Words of Wisdom is under editing.  I continued to dabble in writing, and in 2016, I wrote my first 50,000-word manuscript during NaNoWriMo.  In 2017, out of a desire to help others heal from potentially traumatic experiences, I  wrote the first draft of my memoir dealing with childhood sexual abuse.  In 2019, I obtained a Freelancing position with Diathrive, a diabetes company,  to help empower people with diabetes to live their best lives.

In 2020, I used the Coronavirus storm to write and give back to nursing as a tutor for individuals taking the NCLEX. Since then, I have helped many become Registered Nurses. In 2021, I wrote my first screenplay, Fifth Generation, from one of my NaNoWriMo projects. Since 2021, I have written an autobiography, four screenplays, three memoirs, and updated several children’s books and poetry pieces. I am also editing two nonfiction self-help books. Compass is part of My Greatest Teachers’ Series. My mission is to help people remember who they are by unveiling the truth in people’s hearts and minds. In addition, I engage audiences with educational, empowering, and inspiring messages on my website, medium, Facebook personal, Facebook Business, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and my Create A Generational Love Cycle podcast.

My hobbies include transforming the foods I love into healthier versions,  gardening, watching biographies, comedy, and transformational movies, reading, and spending time with my husband and two children, a boy and a girl, in Edwardsville, Illinois.

I envision that millions own, nourish, and express their divine purpose and spiritual fruits (Galatians 5:22-23).  People realize their bodies are the vehicles for their earthly mission and commit to achieving and maintaining optimal health.   In addition, millions of people heal from their wounds, breaking the generational cycle of pain with a generational Love cycle. I’ve already started helping candidates for the NCLEX RN fulfill their divine purpose of becoming Registered Nurses.
