Good morning Spiritual Beings!

I hope your Sunday is off to a great start! Carl went crabbing yesterday! We had crab for dinner, and I am using the crab meat in some of my favorite recipes including breakfast… Crab, mushroom, onion, and spinach egg foo young with gravy served over rice, a crab, Greek yogurt, and parmesan cheese dip, and crab cheese mixture with eggs, and a crab, spinach, mushroom, onion, and tomato omelette. I am looking forward to making some crab cakes!

I will be looking for some crab cake recipes…If you know of any great ones, please share.

Yesterday, our children painted some pumpkins.
