We want our children to maximize their purpose, too. How can we turn the tides of obesity and chronic preventative health issues? The change starts with us.
Our children see us exercising or not exercising.
They see how full we fill our plates.
They hear the words we speak to others.
They see us working on our business or making excuses about not working.
They see us at their plays or performances rooting them on.
They hear us call them by their names or call them outside their names such as stupid or say that they will never amount to anything.
We set the foundation for our children at home and by the way we live.
Children are listening and watching us.
