Going Nutty on Father’s Day. I just finished reading The Plant Plus Diet Solution, and I made the almond pancakes. The #pancakes have a nutty flavor, indeed. I used #almondflour/ meal , and I will need to tweak this recipe some more…has potential..The kids loved the blueberry sauce.

I loved the book, and I am so excited to try many of the recipes.
