The Seeds We Plant Series #43: Health and Wellness

Hi there!

I hope all is well with you and yours! As we age, it’s common to look for healing outside of ourselves. We become reactive instead of proactive, suffering when we don’t need to suffer. All of this happens when we forget who we are and the function of our bodies.

In today’s podcast, I share ways to help sew the seeds of health and wellness in our children. Yes, it’s important to get physical checkups, but underlying every illness, dis -ease, addiction, and overdose, are lingering accepted beliefs and thoughts.

Heal from the Inside Out Series #12: Finding Your Voice

Hi there!

Your voice is how you communicate with yourself and the world.

It’s not uncommon to feel that you don’t have a voice after projected pain and that your concerns, emotions, and feelings don’t matter. Sharing your thoughts about life events in a safe and welcoming environment is an opportunity to acknowledge the truth associated with that experience.

In addition, when we speak, we speak to express and understand. We choose to release thoughts that do not help us to align with the divine spirit within us. Projected pain is someone’s way of healing their wounds, and embracing your voice and how you communicate your mind and heart can help break the cycle of pain and heal from the inside out.

As always, let me know your thoughts.

The Seeds We Plant Series #42: Individualized Thinking and Perception of Events

Hi there!

Perception of life events is at the root cause of our actions”Š”””Šhow we eat, sleep, drink, speak, and think comes from what we believe about ourselves, life, and other life forms. As caregivers and parents, we have an opportunity to dismantle thoughts that lead to many of the health issues we experience and see in the world.

Band-aids only last for so long, but the truth is infinite.

The truth isn’t divisive but grounded in oneness and unity. It doesn’t seek to do evil but relishes good. The truth is always available and never hidden.

How are you influencing or raising children to perceive the truth?

You can listen to today’s podcast, The Seeds We Plant Series #41: Individualized Thinking and Perception of Events on Creating a Generational Love Cycle, and let me know what you think.
