The Seeds We Plant Series #19: Caring

Hi there!

Caring is an innate virtue we have. We don’t need to go to school for it. We can provide examples of caring every day to our children. We can teach our children that when you care, you:

  1. Help others instead of opposing them or stand in their way of accomplishing goals. You don’t intentionally make things hard for others but try to lighten their load, such as opening the door for someone with a heavy load.
  2. Respect others’ personal space. You address people by their birth or requested name. You keep your hands to yourself. You don’t punish others for not being who you want them to be.
  3. You are honest. You speak the truth and admit if you are wrong.
  4. You do your best with assignments and the work you do for others.
  5. You don’t ask others to do the wrong thing. Instead, you show them how to do the right thing.

The more we model caring behaviors to our children, the more our children will model caring behaviors in their environment and become part of the generational cycle of love.

Remember Who You Are Series # 13: The Truth Will Set You Free

Hi there!

Often, we take the impersonal, personal. We assume what people do to us is our fault or that we deserve it on some level. We assume we are the act. Therefore, the outer experience becomes an inner experience. We allow life-destroying data to enter our communication channels that serve every organ/cell in our bodies. We increase emotional, mental, physical, social, and spiritual turmoil. But, just like in many circumstances you’ve used, whether nervous about traveling and stopping to get directions or buy a map. You can use the truth to undo the illusions we create in our bodies and mind. We take off the veil and realize our true selves.

Listen now to Remember Who You Are Series #13: The Truth Will Set You Free

In addition, I list ten concepts essential to seeing ourselves as more than our experiences, unveiling our truths and fulfilling our divine purpose, creating a generational love cycle, and remembering who we are.
