I know often, when we think of pain (mental, physical, etc.), gratitude is the last thing we think about. But thankfulness is the virtue that can help ward off the weeds of despair, fear, hate, resentfulness, shame, and the like. Gratitude can pick us up when we have fallen. Thankfulness can bring light to darkness, and I believe a grateful state of being can help promote healing.

As you know, the more grateful you are for something, the more likely it will continue. 

I am so grateful for learning about gratitude at a time I needed it most. Thankfulness was pivotal in my healing journey, and it can be for you.

Ground Yourself Daily with Nature’s Foods

Hi there,

My children and I are relearning about the unique role of plants in sustaining life; they are the foundation of the food chain on Earth. Plants take in the revitalizing energy of the sun. Greens are known to help our bodies to remove excess chemicals. Yes, our bodies can remove toxins. But, as you know, exposure to different foods (fried and heavy chemicals can build up in your body). Chemicals affect our brain cells in how we process information and react to life events.

Nevertheless, you play a role in self-preservation. Every day, aim to help your liver, lymphatic (appendix, spleen, etc.), and cardiovascular systems to help cleanse your vehicle (body) for your divine purpose. Buying salad ingredients costs way less for most fast food meals and lasts longer. Plus, you get the added benefit of nutrients (antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins) to give you the energy you need to do the work you are here to do.

We create a generational love cycle when we share what we know and try incorporating fruits and vegetables into our meals,
