The Seeds We Plant Series #9: Service

Hi there!

When you think about the virtue, service, what comes to mind? For example, do you feel confused, exhausted, or resentful about your work? Do you serve to please others or to feel good about yourself?

Like many other virtues, we have stepped off the narrow path. Many of the health conditions we have in the world are from this veering off to please the world instead of aligning with the Higher Power within us.

Listen now to The Seeds We Plant Series #9: Service

As always, let me know your thoughts. How are you breaking the cycle of pain (dis-ease, people-pleasing behavior, and mental uneasiness) with the true meaning of service?

Remember Who You Are Series#4: Embrace The Storms

Hi there,

Storms are inevitable. As my son said, “Don’t spend your time running away from something because it will always come back.” We choose our responses to our life experiences and emotions, and feelings. The more we run, sometimes the louder and more damaging the storms can become. But the more we face this organized chaos, our vision often becomes clearer.

Of course, don’t underestimate the power of your emotions and feelings, and at the same time, don’t undervalue your ability to put them in their rightful place.

Listen to my perspective on storms and how I learned to embrace them in Create A Generational Love Cycle and my Remember Who You Are series.
