It is noted that Mother Theresa said that she would not participate in antiwar tactics but would agree to pro-peace rallies. This statement aligns with the other great teachers of this lifetime lesson: Focus on what you want and not what you don’t want. If we focus on pain, we increase our chances of attracting more pain. But, if we focus on love, we increase more love and become more of who we truly are.
Like many, I was introduced to pain at a very young age. I knew then that pain was not the way life was supposed to be. Something loved me and wanted me to have a good life. This mindset opened my path to becoming a student of life and seeking truth, all the while learning more about the cycle of pain and how to break it.
My podcast, Create a Generational Cycle of Love, is my effort to increase consciousness about pain and help mankind dismantle the spokes and replace them with a love foundation, one of Jesus’s greatest commandments. This commandment just makes sense.
First, we must love ourselves because who we are is what we teach. And what we teach reinforces who we are and influences the next generation.
