You may have heard the importance of not comparing yourself with others. Even I have mentioned how comparison can be unhealthy. The thought came to me today that God wants us to see the success of others so that we know that we have the same potential of being successful in our lives. We do not need to experience anger, bitterness, jealousy, and resentfulness. We can choose to look at what we have to offer and how unique our abilities are. God did not place potential, gifts, and talents in one person. We all have potential and divine abilities.

In other words, do not use the success of others as a distraction to your life work.
