Be Uncomfortable

Good morning!

The truth is within everyone. The more in tune you are to the truth, the more you express it. We know when something doesn’t feel or sound right. Trust your intuition. Listen for what to do and say. Don’t be comfortable with the uncomfortable (abuse, neglect, divisiveness, inappropriate or demeaning language, etc.).

Pray that others know the truth and express it.

Often, fear wants to shut us up. But faith encourages us to act from truth.

Make this lifetime great because you still can!

Comparison

Do you remember who you are?

Good morning,

When we compare ourselves to others, we forget that all have a unique earthly journey. We don’t know the ins and outs of others’ lives. In other words, we will never know someone’s full story, yet we judge ourselves for not achieving the same success.

Remembering your divine purpose and aligning with the Source of life are ways to avoid comparing your life with others. My mother often said, “Whatever is yours, you will get it.”

Comparing your life to others can lead to unhealthy chronic emotions and feelings and weigh heavily on your heart and the rest of your body (e.g., heart disease, insomnia, stroke, etc).

You deserve better than that!

Remember Who You Are Series #18: Your Experiences Don’t Define You.

Hi there!

It’s not uncommon to identify with our experiences. But, when we identify with our experiences, we become unstable and are tossed to and fro. Our emotions can lead us to tumultuous detours with more of the same experiences we are trying to escape. The more grounded we are in our truth, the less we become disturbed by others’ actions. Spend time today asking yourself, Who am I Really?

Listen to Remember Who You Are Series #18: You Are More Than Your Experiences on Create A Generational Love Cycle to learn more about my thoughts on our experiences and how to maintain peace.

Peace comes not only with meditation but with the realization of who you are.
