How Are You Interpreting Your Experiences?

Hi there,

Are your generational ties keeping you imprisoned in life and not bringing out the best in you? Do you feel you must live according to the labels and opinions of others to belong? Is anger, doubt, guilt, resentment, shame, and the like keeping you in a cage? Are you justifying your struggle because your loved ones experienced it? Are you struggling with your life because you see no other way?

In today’s episode, I ask a pivotal question to break down the prison walls. Of course, you can ask the question what happened to me, but more importantly, how did you interpret what happened to you? You can assess and evaluate one thought at a time to experience the freedom you deserve.

Our actions and thoughts impact others, including children.

Make this lifetime great because you can!

When Drugs Aren’t the Only Option

Hi there!

In this episode, I share a pivotal thought in breaking the generational cycle of pain. Many medications were created to help people live longer and increase their quality of life. I believe drugs were never meant to be a cure. Conditions such as anxiety, depression, weight management, and more also require internal work.

You’ve probably heard of the placebo effect in which people receive something other than the experimental drug and report improved health.  If we believe we are taking something that will heal us, how do we know if our healing is due to the drug or our faith? Jesus reminded many people that it was their faith that healed them.

I believe everything happens for a purpose, and our life events draw us more into a spiritual unfolding..

Critical concepts to healing from the inside out, fulfilling our divine purpose, and achieving and sustaining optimal health consist of changing how we process events and believing that we are more significant than our experiences. In many instances, our thoughts affect our healing path.

I never recommend you go off a prescribed medication, but aim to get to the root of any unhealed wounds. Always discuss the right path for you with your healthcare provider.

As always, let me know your thoughts, and if you believe this episode will help someone, please share.
