Parenting with Principles, Purpose, & Vision Series: Celebrating My Mother and Her Word’s of Wisdom

Hi spiritual beings,

In this video, I share how my mother’s words of wisdom helped me before I became a parent and how I’m using truths to guide two spirits on their earthly journey. I share the first principle that lays the foundation for parenting. Motherhood isn’t easy, but some truths can help us along our journey. Whatever we teach, we reinforce within ourselves.

So, what principles are you teaching to unite the family?

I offer monthly newsletters on healing, parenting, and purpose and share tips on achieving and sustaining optimal health.

Make this lifetime great because you still can! We can change our legacy from the inside out.

Life Principles I Learned from My Mother #16: Create The Family You Want

Hi there,

You can create from love instead of pain. Our children have a divine purpose, too. Parents must be present to remind their children our the truths within them. Whatever we teach, we reinforce within ourselves.

I share how one of my mother’s words of wisdom from my book, The Inner Garden, can help us lessen the “weeds”—the persistent negative emotions that can taint our purpose.Takeaways1. Storms are an opportunity to gain clarity about our experiences. We can choose to see them from a healthier, more grounded perspective.2. Persistent negative habits can slowly work against us from the inside out. An inner decline often begins long before anything becomes visible on the outside.3. Whatever remains in the dark will eventually come to light. We have both the power and the divine right to correct our persistent patterns of thinking and behavior. For continued support in cultivating harmony, health, and peace, check out my eBook: The Inner Garden 53 Life Principles Rooted in a Mother's Wisdom for Cultivating Harmony, Health, and Inner Peace. Reflection

Good morning!

I love Sundays and reflecting on the past (what to do, what not to do, and how I can do something better). But, I have found that daily reflection is necessary to assess our inner garden (heart and mind) to prevent the overgrowth of weeds. We must determine our perceptions about experiences and dismantle myths.

Sometimes we misinterpret experiences, and people will always have opinions and try to drop them in our inner garden, and that’s why we must compare them with the truth within us.

Make this lifetime great because you still can!
