All digital products—including the Fill?In Framework, eBooks, charts, templates, and study materials—are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

Access & Delivery Digital files are available immediately after purchase. If you experience issues with downloading or accessing your files, please contact timikaj@aim.com.

Coaching Sessions & Services

Coaching, consultations, and support services are provided directly by Timika.

Scheduling & Attendance You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.

Rescheduling Policy Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be guaranteed.

Results Disclaimer Coaching is designed to support your growth, learning, and NCLEX preparation. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Refund Policy

Digital Products All digital product sales are final. Because digital items are delivered instantly, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be offered. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Coaching & Services Coaching sessions and consultations are nonrefundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, please contact timikaj@aim.com at least 24 hours before your session.

Duplicate Purchases If a duplicate purchase occurs due to a technical error, please contact support for review.
