I’ve realized the best way to take care of myself is to listen. My being is just the pathway to Infinite Intelligence. The more emotional static I have, the less I am available to Truth.
Despite everything that I have experienced (raised by a single parent, without my biological father in my life, childhood sexual abuse, and others), I am glad that I am a women.
Given everything that women have been through and their unstoppable spirit to say I’m here for a reason. I am more than a step stool. I am more than a parent, a sister, and wife. I am more than my body. I have something to say, and I am worth listening to. I am not my past.
I want to be here as long as God would have me to be.
The more I listen. The more I am free to let God handle the details of my experiences, and live my life the way I want to live it.
