The Seeds We Plant Series #47: Success

Hi there,

Every life is here for a divine purpose, and part of our individual purpose is to help others achieve theirs. Although we are separate entities, we are all part of the bigger picture of of aligning our spirits with the Ultimate Spirit.

There is no need for envy, greed, jealousy, slander, and sabotage or like minded emotions, feelings, and actions as a means to get ahead of others in life. An inner knowing of divine purpose seeks not to compete with others but to align oneself with Truth.

Heal from the Inside Out #14: How to Dismantle Triggers.

Hi there,

We have an amazing body, not ever really knowing all the things we take it through”¦and all the wild, it knows its purpose”Š”””Što help us fulfill our divine purpose.

We are constantly processing information through our senses (nervous system). A major way the body helps us do the earthly work we are here to do is to maintain internal harmony; anything or any data that doesn’t belong to it will eventually rise and show itself. We often see this data in what the world calls triggers, especially with unhealed wounds. Past events and experiences can seem so present and real, often driving us into an uncomfortable state with mixed emotions.

But the body’s job is not to scare us. The truth of our being is within our hearts and minds, and when illusion comes in, residual emotions take root, grow, and deter us from our truth, the body steps in. Out of the heart flow the issues of life. Physical manifestations often represent inner turmoil, anger in the form of constriction and blockage, and tense pain often coming from resentment and other forms of stress.

Within the present, we have an opportunity to see the projected pain for what it is and was”Š”””Š”” another person’s way of dealing with their pain. Pain knows no face or boundaries (e.g., culture, religion, social status, educational level, or any other worldly divisions). Often, pain seeks to release itself. (I discuss more of this in The Seeds We Plan Series #17: Forgiveness).

The more power we give data””triggers and pain””the more powerful they seem, but they are false powers trying to present themselves as real powers.

We can reshape how we perceive our life experiences, and with that personal power, we can limit the effect of our life events on us and focus on the work we are here to do.

The Seeds We Plant Series #46: Forgiveness

Hi there,

In today’s episode of The Seeds We Plant Series: 17, on Create a Generational Love Cycle, I share my thoughts on forgiveness and its relationship with love. Forgiving someone and yourself of an action or inaction, a spoken word, or an unspoken word, frees us to see the bigger picture and purpose for our lives.

What role does unforgiveness play in doing the work you are here to do? What role does forgiveness play in fulfilling your divine purpose? To be emotionally and mentally free? To align with the highest version of yourself?

An action, inaction, a word spoken, or not spoken does not define you or prevent you from doing the work you are here to do.

How do you remind yourself and others of the innate ability to forgive”¦to release people, including yourself, from projected pain? How do you prevent yourself from being imprisoned by unhealed wounds? Our residual emotions and feelings impact our thinking about ourselves, others, and life and add to the world’s consciousness.

We teach what we are and reinforce what we teach. We can either continue the cycle of pain by focusing on it (i.e., not forgiving, holding grudges., etc.) or help align the world with the truth that resides within us. The one who projected their pain was hurting. You don’t have to do the same thing done to you, consciously or unconsciously.

Assess your inner garden. Aim to remove the weeds of anger, anxiety, fear, regret, unforgiveness, and the like so that your innate seeds of compassion, grace, and love can grow.

There is a saying that the best revenge is success. But purpose seeks no revenge. It is grounded in truth, and truth is love. Love seeks no revenge.

Forgiveness permits you to:

  1. Experience without getting emotionally involved.
  2. Stand as an observer of life events.
  3. Seek the treasures of an experience (what to learn).
  4. Represent the truth (guiding Spirit of life and beyond).
  5. Heal from the inside out.
  6. Embrace and teach love and healing.
