Meal Planning Doesn’t Have to be Complicated.

Hi there!

In this video, I share my May’s Meal Planner. With the increase in gas, grocery, and restaurant prices, this is a great time to create or revisit your family’s eating plan. I use principles/designated days to help me remember to add essential nutrients (minerals, vitamins, omega 3, fiber, and others). I also encourage you to check with your family in designing your family’s meal plan. Over the next few weeks, I will tackle some myths about home cooking in Fulfill Divine Purpose, my Facebook page.

Make this lifetime great because you can!

Life Principles I Learned from my Mother #21: After You Accept the Truth, You Can Move Forward with Your Life.

Hi there!

I hope all is well with you and yours! This week on Create A Generational Love Cycle podcast, I another one of my mother’s principles: moving forward, learning from the past, and letting go.

Until we accept the experience for what it is, we will remain stuck in what it was. Therefore, we must learn from the past and take these lessons to help us transcend life experiences.

Let me know your thoughts.

As always, make this lifetime great because you can!
