Your Truth Does Not Need to Be Defended

Good morning Spiritual Beings!

Although I believe in the power of #beingyourself, sometimes it is not easy for many people to let go of the need to please. We do not have to duplicate the behaviors of others, especially when the behavior does not honor life (name calling, harassment, abuse in any form, and others).

Your Truth is not anyone else’s truth. You do not have to defend Truth. Truth takes care of itself.
