I am so grateful for the opportunity to give back to the nursing field as a coach for candidates for the NCLEX-RN. Nursing greatly impacted my healing journey, enabling me to learn more about the generational cycle of pain and the paths to healing from the inside out.

Trust Yourself More in 2024!

Often, it’s not that we don’t know what to do. Instead, we don’t trust ourselves to carry out the vision we hold in our hearts and minds. Our perception of past experiences often holds us captive, afraid to try once again. Whether we failed a test, received negative reviews on our work, experienced divorce or the spiritual transition of a loved one, we always have a choice. We can keep the shackles on and live in the past or free ourselves and press forward to the finish line.
Our Creator handcrafted you from the finest quality””-Himself. He made you perfectly for your earthly journey. You have what you need to transcend your experiences. Believe in the possibilities instead of your circumstances. Anything can happen.”‚
No matter what anyone says or has said. ”¦.Regardless of what anyone has done or did not do, You Are Here! Our Creator wanted you here and knows how powerful you are.
Live as though no one is stopping you from bringing out your best.

Categorization

Hi there,
When we categorize/stereotype others, it’s so easy to take the humanity out of a human. We see them as less than ourselves instead of equality. All of us have the same basic desires to love and be loved. Yet, something happens to deter us, and we let our emotions, feelings, and others’ opinions drive us instead of our truth. We become the opposite of ourselves instead of a true reflection of our Creator. As the saying goes, we look for love in all the wrong places.
But the same basic desire remains because we are wired that way.
Seek to understand more and categorize less. Seek to remember who you are more. The one thing we have is time. The one thing we often misuse is time. Spend time reflecting on the purpose of humanity. Spend time observing people. Spend time getting to know others before you put a label on them. Behind the person is a story. Often, there is an experience or two (or more) that drives them to do what they do. When we unveil the story, we get a glimpse of their light.Ă‚Â
Imprisonment in labels, thoughts/perceptions is real.
The challenge/opportunity is to see beyond worldly categorization. When we see people as they are, we realize we have much more in common than differences. Refuse to follow tradition for the sake of it. We break the cycle of pain (e.g., stereotypes, dominion of people, etc) by changing the thoughts that created it.
