The Seeds We Plant Series #61: Addressing Weeds in Your Inner Garden Introduction

Hi there!

Inside of us is our spiritual garden. The heart is the soil. The nervous system is the vine that feeds the rest of our bodies, including our brain. What we grow inside of us, we become and experience. Weeds (consistent negative emotions and feelings) seek fertile soil, no matter what. Weeds can drain you and deter you from expressing and rightfully growing your spiritual fruit. There is no fear or guilt in this concept, for the power to rid ourselves of negative emotions and feelings resides in us. Through daily assessment and replanting of our spiritual seeds, we can yield the harvest that gives us the abundant life we are here to have.

Listen to my podcast introduction of weeds here, and as always, let me know your thoughts.

Heart-to-Heart Mondays: Motivation is Realization Turned Outward

Inconsistency and lack of motivation or desire come from the inside. When the heart and mind are not aligned, so will our actions be. The solution to the problem is within the problem itself, and when we address the inside first, we will realize there are no problems, just a realization of who we truly are.

Stop clipping the weeds and address the root of declining desire and motivation. Ensure that your heart is in the right place and aligned with your mind.

Make this lifetime great because you still have the power to do so.

Heal from the Inside Out Series #29: Give from the Heart and Expect Nothing in Return

Heal despite the circumstances.

Hi there!

I hope all is well with you!

In today’s podcast, I share another one of my mother’s principles that I thought was the hardest of them all. The last thing you want to do after experiencing projected pain is give from the heart and expect nothing in return, but it is the greatest gift you can give yourself when it comes to sustainable healing.

Listen to today’s Heal from the Inside Out Series #28: Give from the Heart and Expect Nothing in Return on Create a Generational Love Cycle, and let me know your thoughts.

  1. Do you believe that giving from the heart is necessary for sustainable healing?
  2. What treasures unfold when you give selflessly?
