The Seeds We Plant Series: Relationship with Oneself Part 2
Posted on December 11, 2025 Leave a Comment

Hi there!
Examination of oneself is something that needs to start at a young age. Yes, it’s important that children learn how to associate with others, but it is even more critical for children to “know themselves.” Know what they like, don’t like, virtues, standards, morals, and the importance of loving oneself–the very things we are doing now for adults after the many storms of cyberbullying and other forms of peer pressure to conform. Belief and confidence in oneself are necessary to achieve goals.
Do you encourage your children to pray, visualize, se time wisely with time management skills? I wonder how many cycles we can break if there were more focus on self-knowledge and loving oneself at an earlier age?
Check out my most recent episode on The Seeds We Plant.

Hi there!
Why should we accept the truth? What’s in it for me? That hurt, and I want them to know it!
Accepting the truth isn’t easy. Every cell in your body knows what happens. Two things about struggling came to me during my childhood.
- We were not put here on Earth to struggle with our health.
- Why should I have to struggle with something someone did to me, didn’t do, said, or didn’t say? Isn’t my life more than that?
Everyone was put here for a reason, and it wasn’t to cause pain. We are here to have an abundant life, and we have everything we need to–our thoughts.
Here is a list of takeaways from today’s podcast.
Takeaways
I didn’t label my experience, but I acknowledged it.
Life is a classroom; we learn from every experience.
Pain is impersonal; it seeks acknowledgment, not personalization.
Acceptance of truth is crucial for moving forward.
Our emotions and feelings are our responsibility.
Forgiveness is the greatest success, not revenge.
We are powerful beyond measure and can shape our lives.
Nothing happens overnight; growth takes time.
We must clear out negative thoughts to love ourselves.
Love is the foundation for loving others.
Listen to today’s episode and let me know your thoughts.
Make this lifetime great because you have the power to do so.

The Seeds We Plant Series #58: Relationships: Who Do You Think You Are?
Posted on December 5, 2025 Leave a Comment

Hi there,
Who you think you are affects your eating habits, how often you exercise, how you treat people and yourself, your career, and internal characteristics such as self-esteem, image, and confidence in yourself.
Do you limit your abilities to human qualities or go beyond to what created all of us? Our actions tell all. How can we take off the limitations, empower ourselves with true power, and unfold the spirit within?
In this week, The Seeds We Plant, I dive into the concept of image and how it affects our well-being and the world we live in. As always, let me know yours.
Make this lifetime great because you have in your power to do so.
