How You Feel About Yourself Is How You Feel About Others

Hi there!

I hope your day is off to a great start! How we treat others comes from how we see ourselves. Out of the heart flows the issues of life — -your life? Do you project love or fear?

It’s hard to love and respect others when you don’t show it to yourself. I’m not talking about pride. I’m talking about unconditional love (kindness, patience, not harming, rejoices in the truth, perseveres, trust, hopes, and protection).

The question isn’t what happened to you; how did you perceive an experience?

The Seeds We Plant Series #61: Addressing Weeds in Your Inner Garden Introduction Create A Generational Love Cycle With Timika S Chambers

Inside of us is our spiritual garden. The heart is the soil. The nervous system is the vine that feeds the rest of our bodies, including our brain. What we grow inside of us, we become and experience. Weeds (consistent negative emotions and feelings) seek fertile soil, no matter what. There is no fear in this concept, for the power to rid ourselves of negative emotions and feelings resides in us. Through daily assessment and replanting of our spiritual seeds, we can yield the harvest that gives us the abundant life we are here to have. Introduction of WeedsKeywordsinner garden, spiritual growth, positive intentions, emotional health, self-awareness, generational love cycle, healing, personal development, weeds of negativity, abundant livingSummary In this conversation, Timika S Chambers explores the conceptof cultivating one's inner garden, emphasizing the importance of nurturing positive intentions and understanding our spiritual nature. Let recent incidents remind you of the importance of putting your experiences in a healthy perspective. No circumstances or experiences define you. You always have a choice regardless of someone’s actions or inactions.

Life Principles I Learned From My Mother #23: Tomorrow Is Not Promised

Hi there!

I hope your Sunday is off to a great start! Today is a great day to think about your freedom as we approach Independence Day on July 4th, 2022. Are you free from doubt, love, shame, resentment, vengeance, and the like? Do you believe that your experiences define you? Do you feel you must continue generational cycles of pain (hatred, shame, violence, and the like)?

In this podcast, I share another one of the principles I learned from my mother. We don’t do more because we fear we will not be here tomorrow. Instead, we live more in knowing today is a gift.

We break the generational cycle of pain (darkness) by shining our light on it. We reassess the actions, beliefs, and thoughts that created it.

Make this lifetime great because you can!
