In eager anticipation, I am ready to finish my Thanksgiving meal.  I am more than halfway done with the meal.  As noted in a previous post, I am trying a recipe of Guy Fieri’s which is  Balsamic Leg of Lamb, sweet potato gnocchi, and peas and prosciutto.

I will be using a slow cooker instead of a pressure cooker for the Lamb.  This will be my first time using prosciutto in a recipe and cooking Lamb in a slow cooker. The gnocchi looks easy to make.  I made sure I recorded Guy cooking the meal and I know I will be pressing pause and play often in the morning.

Normally, I would be sleep now….I guess I am so elated to try this new recipe…I hope it turns out okay…..!!
