Finding Strength Within: A Mother’s Words of Wisdom, releasing May 5th, 2026

Hi there!

When my mother made the life-changing decision to leave a relationship in which she was no longer thriving, she had very few material possessions. With three children under the age of 5, $4000, and two suitcases, she chose courage, self-trust, and the belief that something better was possible. Over the years, she reclaimed her voice and the courage to speak the truths forged through her most trying experiences.

That voice is the heart of the second edition of A Mother’s Words of Wisdom: From My Heart to Yours — Building Within. In this book, I share 53 life principles passed down from my mother during a period of transition and uncertainty. These lessons are grounded in resilience, self-awareness, and strength, offering guidance to anyone seeking clarity, inner peace, and authentic self-expression.

Over the past several years, through blogging, my podcast Create A Generational Love Cycle, and live videos (e.g., Fulfill Your Divine Purpose Facebook, YouTube), I have shared how instrumental my mother’s words have been—both in my life and in the lives of others. A Mother’s Words of Wisdom is engaging, heartfelt, reflective, and transformational. It invites readers to master their minds towards peace, purify their hearts, and reconnect with their inner truth—one word of wisdom at a time.

Over the coming weeks, as I am doing today, I will be sharing excerpts from A Mother’s Words of Wisdom.
