How You Feel About Yourself Is How You Feel About Others

It’s hard to love and respect others when you don’t show it to yourself. I’m not talking about pride. I’m talking about unconditional love (kindness, patience, not harming, rejoices in the truth, perseveres, trust, hopes, and protection). 

The question isn’t what happened to you; how did you perceive an experience?
