Even in murky waters, you can bloom.

A critical element to healing from the inside out is acknowledging the experience as it was–no labels, no fancy decorations, and no hiding or covering it up because external bandages eventually lose their effect.

Today, I share how another one of my mother’s life lessons-turned principles. “After you accept the truth, then you can move forward,” which helped me to put my experiences in a healthier perspective. During my childhood, I chose to plant seeds that would sustain me instead of destroying me from the inside out.

Check out my second episode on sharing how these principles helped to shape my thoughts and heal from the inside out. As always, let me know your thoughts and feel free to pass my podcast on to those you believe may benefit from it.

Please know my intent is to help you clear away potential barriers that often prevent full divine expression and may elicit uncomfortable memories. But also remember that what comes up is often trying to find its way out.

Make this lifetime great because nomatter what you still can!
