Hi there!

Welcome to Sunday, November 10th, 2024, another day to align with the highest version of yourself.

Do you believe that life is only a struggle to the end? Or, do you believe that happiness, joy, and an abundant life in all realms is possible during our earthly journey?

What have we allowed it (pain) to do to us? What we deem as powerful often wins. Do you believe more in the power of discomfort, dis-ease, painful experiences than of healing and enjoying the gift of life?

In Heal from the Inside Out Series#16: How much power have you given to pain?, I share my thoughs on “it” (pain) and how it’s important to keep our eyes on what we want in life. Often using four words, “I don’t have to,” can be the shift we need away from seeing ourselves as a victim to a transcender.

The Seeds We Plant Series #61: Addressing Weeds in Your Inner Garden Introduction Create A Generational Love Cycle With Timika S Chambers

Inside of us is our spiritual garden. The heart is the soil. The nervous system is the vine that feeds the rest of our bodies, including our brain. What we grow inside of us, we become and experience. Weeds (consistent negative emotions and feelings) seek fertile soil, no matter what. There is no fear in this concept, for the power to rid ourselves of negative emotions and feelings resides in us. Through daily assessment and replanting of our spiritual seeds, we can yield the harvest that gives us the abundant life we are here to have. Introduction of WeedsKeywordsinner garden, spiritual growth, positive intentions, emotional health, self-awareness, generational love cycle, healing, personal development, weeds of negativity, abundant livingSummary In this conversation, Timika S Chambers explores the conceptof cultivating one's inner garden, emphasizing the importance of nurturing positive intentions and understanding our spiritual nature.
