Hi there,

My mother often told her children that nothing happens overnight. We plant thought seeds within our hearts. They germinate and continue to grow as we continue to nourish them with emotions, feelings, reactions, and thoughts. Divisiveness, including prejudice and racism are no different.

Today, I address a very sensitive and much-needed discussion regarding the impact of divisiveness, specifically racism and prejudice.

Listen to today’s episode here on Create a Generational Love Cycle, and let me know your thoughts. I also share a poem I wrote in 2017 to express my childhood thoughts about something I could not understand.

Make this lifetime great because you can!
