The pain, the loss, anger, and disappointment are to bring you/me closer to being a compassionate and loving being. We could then truly see how resilient we are. We could experience unconditional forgiveness. Could we then see that everyone is on the journey of healing? We are all at different points-not good or bad…just at different points along our journey.

Being abused/neglected is to bring us closer.
Losing a loved one is to bring us closer…
Experiencing love or hate is to bring us closer…..etc.
