Resiliency: An Often Overlooked Superpower

How often do you overlook that regardless of what you’ve experienced, you are still here? One of the reasons we continue to wake up each morning is because we have work to do. No experience identifies us. Our life circumstances can awaken us to the often dormant powers within us.
Keep rising every day, knowing that you have everything you need to meet your growth opportunities and become the best You.
In today’s podcast, I share when I first heard the word resiliency and how you, too have access to this superpower.

The Seeds We Plant Series #11: Thankfulness with Special Guest Cameron Chambers, My Son – Create A Generational Love Cycle With Timika S Chambers
In this episode, Cameron Chambers, my son, joins me to share his thoughts on thankfulness. Our children learn so much in the world. Many of which take them further from the truth. We must conversate with our children about principles and virtues that remind them they always have a choice. Gratitude brings contentment and can shine the light in dark places of our lives. Gratitude has been the two-way street of preserving my inner fruit and keeping unwanted visitors at bay. In addition, thankfulness plays a major role in being present with our children so we can break the cycle of pain by creating a generational love cycle.
As always, let me know your thoughts.
Make this lifetime great because you still can!

Great post, resiliency is one of my super powers I actually wrote about & posted a few weeks back. My super suit is the armour of God. Thanks for sharing ❣️

Cool, let me know what you think. It’s titled “Big Sexxy”, basically revolves around the lack of black super heroes & film not displaying characters we can relate to therefore I had to become my own superhero 😁
