That is a struggle to get more greens in my body. Easier when summer is here instead of piles of snow and a cold cold wind blowing it around. But I am working on it.

Excellent share Timika. You are right greens are beneficial. Thanks for the reminder. In winter I have soups and stews instead of salads. However, spinach would probably be a good addition. Blessings to you.😊
