Healing from the Inside Out Series #5: Trust Yourself.

Hi there!

I hope all is well with you and yours!

Lack of or diminished self-trust is often at the core of choosing unhealthy behaviors, feeling lost, and procrastinating We don’t believe we have what it takes to achieve our goals, change the direction of our lives, or positively impact others. Instead of going within and embracing and nourishing our ability to navigate our lives successfully, we seek confirmation and direction from others. Unfortunately, sometimes, we open ourselves to others’ unhealed pain, and damaged self-trust decreases our ability to achieve and maintain optimal health.

In Healing from the Inside Out Series #5: Trust Yourself, on Create a Generational Love Cycle, I share how trust plays a critical role in overcoming dark moments. The more we build our trust in ourselves, the more we can help future generations do the same. When we trust ourselves, we speak up for ourselves and others. We see open doors instead of feeling stuck. We increase our chances of doing the right thing at the right time and reduce the chances of experiencing severe consequences.

Listen to Healing from the Inside Out Series #5: Trust Yourself, and let me know your thoughts. How has self-trusted impacted you in achieving your goals?

The Seeds We Plant Series #61: Addressing Weeds in Your Inner Garden Introduction Create A Generational Love Cycle With Timika S Chambers

Inside of us is our spiritual garden. The heart is the soil. The nervous system is the vine that feeds the rest of our bodies, including our brain. What we grow inside of us, we become and experience. Weeds (consistent negative emotions and feelings) seek fertile soil, no matter what. There is no fear in this concept, for the power to rid ourselves of negative emotions and feelings resides in us. Through daily assessment and replanting of our spiritual seeds, we can yield the harvest that gives us the abundant life we are here to have.
