Life Principles I Learned From My Mother #19: Take Care of Home First.

Hi there,

I hope all is well with you and yours. It’s so easy to get caught up in the world and its expectations. But family is always first. We don’t need our children looking for love on the outside. Instead, they will use our standards at home to navigate the world. We show them how to take care of themselves and set the standards for their family and others. We remember that whatever we do at home has a direct and indirect effect on the world.

Thanks for listening & feel free to let me know your thoughts.

This podcast aims to help you heal from the inside out (softening your heart), rebuild the family concept, raise children with morals and life-sustaining principles, fulfill divine purposes, and achieve and sustain the best health possible. We break the generational cycle of pain by shining lights on the thoughts that created it. We prepare the soil and plant new thoughts by aligning ourselves with the Truths within us for a continued harvest of Spiritual fruit: love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22).

The Seeds We Plant Series: Reliability Create A Generational Love Cycle With Timika S Chambers

Reliability means more than just being trustworthy, but acting from the core of your truth. We don't need people to show us how to be more reliable. We have emotions and feelings (data) that can help us do what is right at the right time. We know what it feels like to have people change their minds about doing something. The more we role model reliability with our children (being an open vessel, tending to our garden and ridding the weeds, replanting (repetitive reliability), and providing the proper nourishment to the life-sustaining seeds with us), the more our children will want to do the same. It's a good feeling when you can trust that people will keep their word. Reliability shapes the minds to expect the best in others because the best is in them. The more we focus on what is possible, the more likely the possible will happen. So, speak from the heart. Refuse to let your emotions and feelings dictate your life, and say what you mean and mean what you say. Make this lifetime great because you still can! The power to change the thoughts of discord, divisiveness, and the like is within you. Timika
