The Countdown Has Begun: Seven Days Until the Release of Life-Giving, Transformational Evergreen Principles

Hi there!

Have you ever heard something that changed the way you viewed life and helped you heal from the inside out—something so meaningful that you couldn’t wait to share it with others?

For years, I wanted to honor a courageous woman, rightfully. I know I could never fully repay my mother for the wisdom she shared, but the least I can do is offer her life?giving messages to the world.

As a child, I knew my mother’s words carried power. I have seen those words transform minds, redirect actions, and invite greater happiness, joy, and peace. I also know how different my own path might have been had I not relied on her wisdom to ground me.

The world may encourage division, self?doubt, or hostility toward ourselves and others. But when we live by principles that help us stay grounded and weather life’s storms, we begin to see the bigger picture. We remember that our lives have meaning and purpose—and that no one can take the divine spirit within us.

Today, my family and I had the pleasure of watching the movie Michael. It reaffirmed how parental guidance can shape our lives. Yet, when we know what we stand for, we can walk with confidence and pursue what truly matters to us.

The life principles I learned from my mother help fill the gaps between how the world attempts to shape us and how we can remember who we truly are.

I look forward to sharing my mother’s words of wisdom with you on May 5, 2026. I hope you, too, will find insights that help you cultivate harmony, health, and inner peace—and remember the divine spirit that you are.

Here is a powerful excerpt from my book, The Inner Garden: 53 Life Principles Rooted in a Mother’s Wisdom for Cultivating Harmony, Health, and Inner Peace:

“Preparation often looks different from belonging. In some cases, because of the standards we hold and the need for self?preservation, certain relationships naturally fall away. We cannot do what everyone else does, because those who follow certain paths may be the very people we are here to support on their spiritual journey—to remind them of who they are. Therefore, we cannot mimic the behaviors we are meant to illuminate.”

To your best life—because you aren’t done living yet. Whether it’s a moment of revelation, a beautiful sunrise or sunset, or doing something you love, each experience can help you remember who you are.
