How Are You Interpreting Your Experiences?

Hi there,

Are your generational ties keeping you imprisoned in life and not bringing out the best in you? Do you feel you must live according to the labels and opinions of others to belong? Is anger, doubt, guilt, resentment, shame, and the like keeping you in a cage? Are you justifying your struggle because your loved ones experienced it? Are you struggling with your life because you see no other way?

In today’s episode, I ask a pivotal question to break down the prison walls. Of course, you can ask the question what happened to me, but more importantly, how did you interpret what happened to you? You can assess and evaluate one thought at a time to experience the freedom you deserve.

Our actions and thoughts impact others, including children.

Make this lifetime great because you can!

The Seeds We Plant Series #11: Thankfulness with Special Guest Cameron Chambers, My Son Create A Generational Love Cycle With Timika S Chambers

In this episode, Cameron Chambers, my son, joins me to share his thoughts on thankfulness. Our children learn so much in the world. Many of which take them further from the truth. We must conversate with our children about principles and virtues that remind them they always have a choice. Gratitude brings contentment and can shine the light in dark places of our lives. Gratitude has been the two-way street of preserving my inner fruit and keeping unwanted visitors at bay. In addition, thankfulness plays a major role in being present with our children so we can break the cycle of pain by creating a generational love cycle. As always, let me know your thoughts. Make this lifetime great because you still can! Timika
