The Seeds We Plant Series #38: You Don’t Have to Struggle with Your Health.

Hi there!

I hope all is well with you! Do you ever wonder why some people remain in good health, and others don’t? Do you believe that the mind and underlying beliefs can influence healing and sustaining optimal health?

At a young age, I allowed a seed to plant in my soil, and it influenced how I responded to my health. In my 20s, after a brief conversation with one of my brothers, I realized that I didn’t have to struggle with an aspect of my health. Then, I made the necessary changes to improve my health outcomes, and now I’m helping my children have a more positive outcome on their health.

Before we seek external support, our mindset needs to support a healthy life, and as caregivers and parents, we can do this by sharing our stories, role-modeling positive thoughts toward health, and sewing life-giving seeds to those we love.

Listen to how I am sharing the seed of Mind over Body with my children and how my daughter responded in The Seeds We Plant Series, You Don’t Have to Struggle with Your Health on Creating a Generational Love Cycle. In addition, I share how you can also sew these life-sustaining thoughts into future generations.

Whatever we consistently think of, we deposit the seeds within us, and these seeds will eventually produce a harvest.Keywordspain, healing, self-expression, vengeance, love, mentalhealth, relationships, personal growth, emotional well-being, self-worthSummaryIn this conversation, Timika S Chambers explores theprofound impact of emotional pain and the weeds of negative thoughts that can hinder personal growth and relationships.
