The Power to Bind and Loose Is Within You

Starve the thoughts you do not want to harvest.

Just like the acceptance of violent thoughts causes more violence, so do repetitive thoughts of heightened emotions and feelings toward it/against it, such as anger, anxiety, fear, worries, resentment, shame, guilt, and the like.

Violent acts and words continue because of the nourishment they’re receiving (fastening their normality in the hearts of humanity) from emotions, feelings, reactions, thoughts, labels, opinions, stereotypes, and disgust (strong emotions and feelings) towards them. Individual consciousness directly and indirectly impacts global consciousness.

A Knowing or Spiritual Rejection of these violent act feeders starves violence. Instead of planting negative seeds, we sow in our hearts what we want to see, not in denial, but with the intention of harvesting harmony, unity, and healing. We envision a better world because we know it exists. We give more attention to this true self-expression and anchor our discussion on what we want (healing from the inside out) instead of what we have or don’t want. We discern the right actions, reactions, and thoughts and receive their benefits.

Anti-rallies become pro-peace declarations. Demeaning actions and words become a thing of the past because we no longer feed what we do not want. These thoughts don’t germinate fear and the like anymore.

We see beyond the anger, guilt, fear and shame of those who commit violent acts without labeling and remind them of who they are, not what they experienced on a massive level.

Garden Interventions get at the heart of the matter…(Lean on Me, Freedom Writers, Coach Carter, school programs that feed morals/character, intellect, and purpose). We “See” people.  We see their pain, rejection, fears, and innocence.

We know that Spirit lives within all, and that’s what we remain focused on: how to help humanity embrace, nourish, and express the divinity within them.

Many have changed their lives (e.g., health status, careers, financial status, relationships, etc.) because they changed their thoughts to feed their healthy desires — the basis of the law of attraction, growth, cause and effect (laws of nature).

The same power that changes individuals can change people on a massive level.

How do we massively apply an ancient principle of sowing and reaping, and the other laws of nature, to restore the peace within all?
